What happens if I exceed my plan's pass count?
Nothing breaks. We'll reach out to discuss moving you to a larger plan. We never auto-charge overage fees or interrupt service mid-month.
Do passes count once they're issued or once they're installed?
Active passes mean installed and being updated. A pass that's been sent but never added to a wallet doesn't count toward your limit. A pass that the customer deleted also stops counting.
What's included in the free trial?
Full Growth-tier features for 14 days. Build templates, distribute passes, send push notifications, see analytics. No credit card required to start. Easy to cancel.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you charge per push notification?
No. Unlimited push within your plan. Frequency is best-practice limited only by what actually serves your customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) for self-serve plans. For Scale and Enterprise, we also support invoicing on net-30 with a signed agreement.
Is there an Apple Developer Account cost on top?
Apple requires a Developer Account (USD $99/year) to issue commercial passes to Apple Wallet — that's a direct Apple cost, not ours, and applies regardless of which wallet platform you choose. We help you set it up during onboarding.
